**Position Overview:**
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in our community-building efforts. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping them find their perfect home and ensuring a positive resident experience. Each day presents an opportunity to connect with new people and turn them into loyal customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Leasing Process Management:** Oversee the leasing and application process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes.
- **Customer Needs Assessment:** Quickly identify customer needs and create a sense of urgency to encourage applications.
- **Relationship Building:** Foster strong relationships with customers, using your friendly demeanor to resolve any challenges that may arise.
- **Administrative Excellence:** Utilize your strong organizational and computer skills to manage lease files, update necessary paperwork, and assist with marketing and advertising tasks.
- **Community Expert:** Become knowledgeable about the communities and surrounding areas where our homes are located, including schools, employers, and local amenities.
**Qualifications:**
- **Real Estate License:** A local state real estate license is required.
- **Education:** A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in new home sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong lead conversion experience is essential.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- **Presentation Skills:** Ability to manage in-office presentations effectively.
- **Creative Thinker:** We value out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving.
- **Driver's License:** A valid driver's license is required, as occasional travel may be necessary.
- **Physical Requirements:** Ability to be active and lift up to 50 lbs.
