Our client is a fast-growing HR Consulting and Recruitment firm operating across India ,Canada and USA offering end-to-end talent acquisition, HR advisory, and staffing solutions to clients in diverse industries. We are now looking to collaborate with experienced Business Development professionals to accelerate our growth.
Who We're Looking For:
We invite senior professionals, independent consultants, and retired executives with strong corporate networks to join us as Business Development Partners. Your role will be to help us expand our client base, pitch our services, and represent our client to potential clients across India,Canada and USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment, HR consulting, and talent solutions
Present and pitch our clients offerings to CXOs and HR leaders
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
Represent the brand with professionalism and market insight
