This Medical Center in Tarzana, CA, is seeking a dynamic RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Mother Baby unit and lead our clinical staff.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years Clinical experience in area of specialty.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.

Skills and Certifications [note: bold skills and certification are required]
Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Do you have 1 year of RN experience working in a hospital / acute care setting? (excluding training/school/clinicals etc)
Do you have 3 years of direct RN clinical experience working in a dedicated Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital?
Do you have 2 years of experience as a RN Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager overseeing staff members in a clinical Hospital unit?
